Texas Level II Training Course (6 Hours) – Bronze

This four-hour class covers the basics of becoming a Non-Commissioned, or Unarmed, Security Guard in Texas, and provides the Level Two Training as required by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Private Security Bureau (PSB). The class is broken into six “modules,” and each module has a five-question quiz at the end of the module to see if you have understood the concepts presented. There is a fifty-question final exam after you have completed the final module. The six modules are: History, Statutes and Definitions; The Role of Private Security in Today’s Society; Documentation and Report Writing; The Proper Use of Force in Conflict Resolution; The Power to Arrest and Detain; Crisis Intervention and Emergency Response.
